ADAPT (Chartered Physiotherapists in International Health and Development)
ADAPT is a Clinical Interest Group recognised by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. It aims to support members and facilitate information exchange in order to contribute to the development of effective physiotherapy services worldwide in a manner that promotes understanding of global healthcare and development issuesand which is socio-economically and culturally appropriate. Occupational Therapy
World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT)
The World Federation of Occupational Therapists was established in 1952. The UK was a founder member and much of its international work links to the WFOT. The council of WFOT meets every two years and a world congress is held every 4 years. A newsletter is published twice a year and there is a range of core publications such as the WFOT Minimum Standards for the Educatoion of Occupational Therapists.

Speech and Language Therapy
Information about international relating to speech and language therapy is best obtained from the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.
