The event relates to what the Royal College of Psychiatrists is doing in partnership with the Centre for Sustainability

Full Details:

It will focus on the highly successful RCPsych Sustainability Scholarship Programme which has enabled trainees to develop leadership and quality improvement skills; make innovative and sustainable changes in mental healthcare; collaborate across the healthcare and sustainability workforce and work at both an applied and strategic level to integrate sustainability into mental health care.

There will be speakers from the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare, the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) and of course the trainees themselves. Talks will include descriptions of the trainees’ projects e.g. models of care and green space interventions, priorities of the RCPsych Sustainability Committee, how to set up a sustainability scholarship/fellowship and how they work for different organisations.
There will be time for some lively discussion and lunch, provided at the RCPsych.
